Additionally to enhance your stay the location is perfect, Situated in the most desired London area: next to the famous Portobello Market and Notting Hill: it is excellent for sight seeing and business trips. The apartment is spacious, it has 1 bedroom with Super King bed, 1.5 bathrooms, large sitting room, well equipped kitchen and lovely sunny (London weather permitting) balcony. You enter into a small hallway where you will find a large glass door opening into the sitting room. The sitting room is impressive with high ceilings, stylish shelving and a large Victorian sash window. The sofa is a beautiful, comfortable and very large L shaped suitable for relaxing and chilling out after a long day in London. The sitting room area includes a large 50 inch smart tv above the fireplace combining contemporary design with traditional features. The dining area including sleek table which has space for up to 4 people.  The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with cookware, tableware including SMEG kettle and toaster, all appliances such as washing machine and dryer, dish washer and large fridge freezer. Nespresso coffee maker and pods. Plus essential dried goods for your use. It is a beautiful space to cook up a storm and enjoy breakfast or supper on the balcony.  The balcony is a lovely private space to relax and enjoy breakfast or an early evening glass of wine. On sunny days, there is an electric awning which can be activated for your comfort. There is a powder room / small bathroom with WC and sink in the hallway. The hall leads into the bedroom, decorated in peaceful colours, with a large comfortable double bed (UK King) and plenty of wardrobe space. The bedroom includes a large Victorian bay window with blackout blinds. There is also a desk and chair in the bedroom which is a perfect space to work from home. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, WC and sink. The bed is a UK Super King ( 180 x 200 cm) which is the largest UK bed size available. It is smaller than a USA king - for our USA guests. For your comfort the bed is finished with a high quality summer 'wool naturalmat' duvet and we switch to a goose down duvet for the winter time. Hypo allergenic also available if required and please specify. We have a portable air conditioning system for the bedroom and the sitting room has excellent powerful fans x 2. This should make your stay very comfortable in the Summer. We have a digitalised heating system called 'Nest'. Guests can adjust the heat all year round. It is very simple and a demonstration will be given at check in. When temperatures drop we can increase the heat digitally prior to your check in if required. The hot water is constant. The apartment is on the ground floor of a townhouse, all on one level; there are 7 external steps up to the front door. Guest access Guests have full access to the property Other things to note Please be aware there are some steps up to the front door. Once inside the apartment is on the one level. We would be very grateful if you can respect the neighbours. The apartment is in a friendly London townhouse. As it is an old Victorian house, turned into flat - this means it can be prone to some noise but nothing unusual for London properties. Similarly, please remove shoes in apartment to minimise noise when walking around. The bed is a UK Super King (180 x 200cm). We have portable air conditioning system for your comfort in the hotter months.
