Cozy studio located in the heart of the city's historic downtown, a few steps from the main tourist attractions (museums, squares, churches) and 15 minutes from Rafael Nuñez Airport. The space Well-lit studio, has 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed, private bathroom, air conditioning (important in this area of Colombia), full kitchen equipped with stove and gas oven, refrigerator; there is a dining table, a comfortable sofa, TV and shared Internet. It also has a terrace that you can use if you need it. Guest access The entire place is available exclusively for guests. The building has a doorman from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. The hallways on the floor where the studio is located have security cameras. Other things to note * The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building; access is via stairs because there is no elevator. There is an additional staircase inside the apartment. In total it would be 5 floors. * The building's main door remains closed from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. We will give you a key so you can come and go whenever you want. * The building is residential, so we appreciate not making noise and actions that may bother the other tenants. Parties are not allowed. * For security reasons, the building does not allow visitors or people who have not been registered at check-in. Neither the building management nor the Airbnb owner will be liable for theft or damage to your personal belongings caused by violating this rule. * No smoking and/or drug use inside the building or inside the apartment. Important: The apartment keys are collected elsewhere (we will send a file with all the necessary instructions). It is mandatory to physically present the identity document of all travelers and fill out the registration form in order to receive the apartment keys. If you are a foreigner, you must present your passport along with the entry stamp to the country; if you are Colombian, you must present your citizenship card.
