The entire property, including a large garden surrounded by nature, is yours to enjoy, and the sea is just a 3-minute walk away! Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens with all the essentials: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge, freezer, stove, and oven. There are also two dining/living rooms featuring comfortable sofas, flat-screen TVs, and large dining tables. The true gems of the house are the three expansive, sunny terraces. Each is furnished with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and sunshades—perfect for sipping wine and dining as the sun sets. Feel free to pick a fig directly from the tree while sunbathing! One terrace even has a barbecue, and the garden boasts a trampoline and more sunbeds. You'll also find picnic equipment, books, and board games in the house.
