Alcohol & Drugs • No underage drinking is permitted on the property. • Illegal drugs or illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. Property Care • Please treat the home with care and respect. • Do not move furniture or remove items from the house. • Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them. Cleanliness • Please leave the home in reasonably clean condition. • Excessive mess, stains, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees. Trash & Recycling • Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins outside the garage. • Do not leave trash outside the home except inside designated bins, as this may attract animals. Safety & Security • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the house. • Do not tamper with security devices or cameras. • Use appliances, fireplaces, and outdoor amenities with caution. Pets • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance and listed on the reservation. Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior approval is given. • Late check-outs without approval may incur additional fees. Violations • Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, additional fees, or involvement of Airbnb and/or local authorities if necessary.
