A few meters from Rudolfplatz, a charming apartment awaits you in an old building from 1894. If brands like Vitra, Muuto, Artemide, &tradition or Hay mean something to you, you will feel comfortable here. The large kitchen invites you to cook, and the nearby area with dozens of gastronomic highlights spoils you without work. There are several supermarkets and kiosks within 100 meters. The sofa bed has a lying surface of 180 × 200, and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is on the ground floor. The space The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The water is filtered with a water treatment system and is very soft. A large 55-inch Sony LED TV with waipu TV and Netflix invite you to chill. The kitchenette has an induction cooktop with extractor hood, an oven, a large fridge-freezer with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A Moccamaster coffee maker and toaster are provided. The large table with comfortable Hay chairs invites you to linger. The bathroom with natural light has a large walk-in shower. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. Vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, iron and towels are provided. Right next door there is a laundromat where you can wash your laundry. The nearest drugstore is 200 m away. Rewe, Lidl, Penny and Aldi supermarkets are all less than 400 meters away. By train, it is nine minutes from Rudolfplatz to the KölnMesse stop. Guest access The apartment consists of a sleeping, living and dining area as well as a bathroom. You sleep on the pull-out sofa bed, which has a lying surface of 180 × 200 cm.
