Cosy house on a quiet estate in Truro

Well appointed, very comfortable, semi-detached house, perfectly located for exploring beautiful Cornwall. Just want to chill out? There are books, DVDs and two smart TVs. Fancy creating your own tasty meals? There is a fully-equipped kitchen and dozens of cookery books! A request to cut your stay short may be declined - it is hard to find replacement guests at short notice. The space This is a conventional semi-detached house, built in 2013. The three bedrooms, family shower room and en suite shower room are upstairs. There is a downstairs toilet. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer under the stairs. There is a big circular dining table in the lounge and a smaller circular dining table in the kitchen. There is a desk and office chair in the sun room. Guest access You have access to almost everywhere inside. The only exception is the airing cupboard on the upstairs landing, and that is only because that is where I keep my clothes and toothbrush - so no room for your things. The back garden is walled/fenced and so is safe for children to play in. Other things to note Please use all the provisions in the kitchen. There will always be basics like salt, pepper, oil, butter, tea, coffee and milk. I can get everything you might need for your first cooked breakfast of delicious Cornish produce - free! Please let me know if you would like me to do this, and if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies. The Spar minimart is ten minutes walk away. It is open from 06.30 to 23.00 seven days a week. The nearest big supermarket, Sainsbury's, is open from 07.00 to 22.00 (Sundays 10.00 to 16.00) - is five minutes drive away. Other big supermarkets in Truro are Lidl, Tesco, M & S and Waitrose. If anything gets broken or stops working, please let me know as soon as possible. These things happen, I completely understand. As soon as I know, I can begin to arrange replacements or repairs - if not for you, then for the next guests.
