Our house consists of a contemporary living room of 35 m2, the layout combining wood and natural stone will immediately immerse you in a zen and refined atmosphere. The functional and practical kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a pantry is available in the back kitchen for better storage of your food. A toilet, a large laundry room and a beautiful small cellar also make up the ground floor. Upstairs, a landing serves 3 bedrooms, 1 with a large desk and a bathroom. For your comfort, 3 types of rooms are available: 1 romantic, floral and rustic bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large adjoining dressing room. 1 office bedroom in a cocooning spirit, it is fully furnished with custom wooden battens from floor to ceiling, a 160 bed is installed in the mezzanine. 1 soothing and refreshing bedroom in the colors of nature with a 120 cm bed and an adjoining dressing room. The bathroom is made of travertine stone which gives it a natural and distinguished look. To relax and enjoy your moment of relaxation, a very large shower has been fitted. Our house is eco-friendly, completely renovated with environmentally friendly materials and equipment, if you are sensitive to the ecological cause, our house will give you satisfaction. The wood-burning stove will bring you warmth and friendliness, the house is extremely well insulated for your comfort. Outside, a beautiful terrace is sunny all day.
