Time out in the countryside

Feel at home with us: the lower floor of the house is at your disposal, the garden invites you for relaxing hours in the evening and the terrace can be used at any time thanks to the canopy. As a highlight, a sauna and a pool (if it is already in use due to the weather - please ask) are also waiting for you. The space The house is on two floors. On the lower floor there is a guest room for two people, a small cupboard as well as clothes hooks on the door. If there are three of you arriving, the sofa in the living room is available as a third sleeping place. If you're traveling with a baby or infant, just let me know. We are happy to provide you with a foldable travel cot. If we are not there, we offer the lower floor of the house for rent. This includes the guest room, a small bathroom with shower, the living room, the kitchen as well as the garden as well as the pool and sauna. During the rental, you will use the property alone. An important note: The accommodation is not a cottage. We usually use the house ourselves. The amenities are well maintained, but have signs of wear! Sometimes you will find personal items. Feel free to leave them on the spot ;-). Thank you very much. Guest access Normally, we hand over the accommodation in person. If we cannot see each other in person on arrival, a key safe is available. So your arrival can remain flexible. The place is yours alone during your stay. Please also note the guest information that we provide in the house. Other things to note - From spring to autumn, the garden is automatically watered in the evening. Likewise, the robotic mower automatically runs across the grounds in the evening. So pay attention to your things. - The pool is basically available. However, ask in advance if he is already in use. That's how you're on the safe side. - If you arrive with infants who can sleep in the foldable crib, let us know BEFORE arrival. These are welcome to be disregarded in the "number of guests". - If you bring pets (especially dogs), please make sure that they are not on the sofa, in the bed or in the pool (!). - Public transport: The RE7 train runs from Seddin train station (15-minute walk) to Berlin in about 45 minutes, bus 643 takes about 20 minutes to Potsdam
