Retro River Lodge

Welcome to the river. This space is located above our garage near our home which we live in full time. There is a beautiful view of the flat river that can be seen outside the front window of the apartment. Surrounded by many trees and wildlife this is truly our place of peace and we are glad to share it with you. The space There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a couch, full bathroom with standup shower and a full kitchen. A blow up mattress is available upon request if you need more sleeping space. Access to wifi, a tv is located in the living room area however there is no access to cable, Netflix, Hulu etc. Guest access Apartment is located above the garage. We welcome you to walk around outside and along the river. The area is very beautiful in the summer. If you are going to walk around the river wear your boots or water shoes as it can get wet and muddy during certain times of the year. There is a fire pit located on the property with firewood, kindling and a fire source all located by the fire pit for your use. Please pour water over the fire before leaving. (A bucket of water will be provided near the fire pit) Other things to note We have a 6 year old silver lab who is very friendly, his name is Gunnar. He can bark a lot especially if there is people or wildlife outside. He will quiet down shortly after his initial excitement. Gunnar stays inside with us unless we are letting him out for bathroom breaks or staying outside with him. We do our best to keep him quiet during the early morning and evening hours. We also have 4 ducks that wander around the house free range.
