Take a break at the Clairefont estate / Maison JOLLIOT PAULIN in the heart of the vineyard. You can enjoy a gîte on the estate where we live. The accommodation is an annex to our home. Located on the Route des Châteaux with Margaux train station within walking distance leading to Bordeaux and Soulac. You will have a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. A beautiful outdoor area with swimming pool (shared pool with us) and bowling alley. No smoking Pets not allowed The space House for 5 guests Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, hood, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and all cooking utensils. 2 bedrooms with twin beds, each with its own bathroom (sink, shower) and toilet and storage for clothes. Living room with TV (no Wi-Fi) An outdoor area with garden table and boules court will be available for guests IMPORTANT: We live there (owner) and will be present during rentals. You will have to meet us, but we will remain very discreet to respect your rest. The pool will be shared with us. I draw attention to the pool in relation to children: it is not fenced, the supervision of children will be the responsibility of the parents. You will also have the opportunity to buy wine directly from our property. Margaux is also known for its golf and SPA (Relais de Margaux) Ideally located, our beautiful beaches (Carcans, Lacanau, Soulac) are close by. Want to taste oysters? Head to the Arcachon Bay where magnificent oyster huts await you to enjoy seafood. Take the opportunity to climb the Pilat dune, take a boat tour of the bird island. Access to Bordeaux to visit our beautiful city and its Rue Sainte Catherine shopping street, the city of wine, the Place de la Bourse and its water mirror is 30 minutes by car.
