The space Welcome to our serene retreat nestled on a private shared driveway on 2+ acres of land, where you can unwind with family or friends amidst peaceful quiet and breathtaking country views. This fully renovated house offers modern amenities while maintaining its rustic charm. Enjoy the convenience of a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and relax on the new deck overlooking neighboring horses grazing in the distance. Cook a meal on our new grill, followed by some s’mores by the firepit. This home features three bedrooms with two queen beds and a king bed, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. However, the cozy size of the home is ideally suited for 1-4 guests. Please note that this property is in the country and utilizes well water. We’ve recently installed a new water softener and filtration system to enhance water quality. Our home is located just a few minutes from Evans City, Zelienople or Mars where you can enjoy wonderful many local breweries and restaurants. Please feel free to check out my guidebook for some recommendations of my favorite local spots! 10-15 minutes of driving will get you to Cranberry Township where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other things to do. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to downtown Pittsburgh. This hidden gem offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Guest access Please feel free to use any of the interior and exterior spaces. The only area of the property that is not accessible to guests is the maintenance / utility storage room located in the basement. Other things to note The neighboring chickens sometimes visit the property. You may hear some farm animals from time to time, but otherwise it’s very quiet. There are no street lights nearby so it gets very dark at night. We recommend leaving a light on if you leave during the day and plan on returning in the evening.
