I am renting out a charming 2-room, well-decorated and very bright 31 m², accommodating up to two people, on the 5th floor (no elevator) overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, a one-minute walk from the République metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11) and a few steps from the Canal Saint-Martin. You will find all amenities at the foot of the apartment (pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars). Tourist attractions are nearby. The space My apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower area with separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle. The living room includes a sofa and an armchair as well as a high table for eating. The bedding in the bedroom is new and comfortable, large opaque curtains allow you to sleep peacefully in the dark and silence. Linens are provided. The shower area is small and is not partitioned (which can affect privacy), so this place is ideal for a couple. Other things to note I live in this apartment all year round, I only rent it during my holidays. You will probably notice signs of life, but that is precisely what makes the apartment welcoming and warm.
