For rent in a house of about 75 m2 with all amenities, bedroom for two people. Access to the other rooms of the house in common with me (if I am present). Recently renovated house with recent amenities and a garden (almost 400 m2) with private parking inside. The space - no pets - no parties - please smoke outside the accommodation - unsuitable accommodation for babies - possibility to eat meals in the garden the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. sheets, shower gel, towels and laundry provided (within reasonable limits for laundry) Guest access Access to all rooms of the house in shared access (except my bedroom and my office).
