Description

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space It's a spacious and magical property with a story to tell: Las Tres Rosas This plot of land is mentioned as occupied in historical sources at the end of the 18th century. At the end of the 19th century, there is talk in this place of a masonry house covered with tiles, on Calle de la Habana, between those of Empedrado and Tejadillo, in the San Juan de Dios neighborhood, which was awarded in a public auction to Joaquín Lastres, a lawyer and landowner who lived in the house itself in 1891. At the beginning of the 20th century, Mr. Francisco Gabino Adán and Lastres, changed the course of history, as he was first in charge of rectifying the measurements of the land once the property was acquired and then of the construction of the modern building that has survived to the present day. To do this, he divided the initial plot occupied by the old house, forming two lots and then went to the Municipal Mayor's Office in January 1927, requesting authorization to manufacture a three-story building intended for private homes, according to the plans and reports that accompanied the file signed by the architect Agapito León. In a short period of time, the demolition of the old building was carried out and a modern apartment building was erected.
