As in all of Georgia, short-term interruptions in electricity, internet, or water supply may occasionally occur. 🔌 In rare cases, electricity may be off for several hours, and water may be unavailable for up to 24 hours. Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control and depend on external utility services. 🙏 We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend keeping a small supply of water on hand for longer stays. • 🧻 Essentials Provided: We provide one roll of toilet paper upon check-in. You will find cleaning products and toiletries in the apartment — only those that are already available at the time of your arrival. Additional consumables (laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, slippers, etc.) should be purchased by guests if needed. • 🧼 Cleaning & Linen Change: Final cleaning is included in the price.
