Rather big house w. pool inside the charming village of Competa. Great views onto the surrounding nature, mountains and Mediterranean from 3 south facing terraces. 3 bedrooms, fit 5 persons. Positioned close to "Plaza del Carmen". New, private swimmingpool (5,5x2,5m). 2min walk to good size supermarket, good restaurant and a bar. The atmosphere is nice and simple. Great hiking in the hills right out the backdoor. There is an air-condition in living room/kitchen and in one double bed room. The space One of a handful of houses inside the village, that also has a swimmingpool. As of May/June 2024 the house is equipped w. new heat- and sound insulating windows and a new swimming-pool, terrasse w. sunbeds etc. Guest access Access to main floor and pool area. Parking: Please use spot immediately to the right out of the main entrance door. Other things to note Garbage: Please take your garbage to the small containers on wheels that are situated various places. For instance on the road to Torrox a couple of kilometers after leaving Competa. Or on the main, big parking lot down town. Pls. Make sure to empty all garbage from the house when you leave the house the alst day (says Virginia our amazing cleaning lady).
