Other things to note Owners live in upper unit. The guest house is down below on lower level. River access and Hot Tub is permitted but at your own risk. The pool is closed. Guest are not permitted in the pool. No lifeguard on duty, swim and use the Hot Tub at your own risk. Use of recreational equipment and games will be at your own risk. Guests and Children must be supervised at all times. You are responsible for all guest and children. Hot Tub Rules – Please Read Before Use • Hours of Use: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Please let us know when you plan to use the hot tub so we can take the cover off for you. • Use at Your Own Risk – Guests are responsible for their own safety. • No Children Under 12 – Children must be supervised at all times. • Shower Before Entering – Helps keep the water clean. • No Glass in or Around the Hot Tub – Please use plastic cups only. • No Food, Alcohol, or Smoking – These can damage the tub and pose safety risks. • Limit Soak Time to 15–20 Minutes • Do Not Change the Water Temperature – It is pre-set for comfort and safety. • Replace the Cover After Each Use – Keeps heat in and debris out. • Do Not Sit or Stand on the Cover – It will break and is costly to replace. • No Jumping or Rough Play • Keep Noise to a Minimum – Especially in the evenings. • Please Report Any concerns.
