This service is available for an additional fee of $75 per night, with a minimum requirement of 2 days/nights. Reason: It costs approximately $200 to heat the pool to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This fee must be paid in advance. If you would like this option, please request it at least 2-3 days prior to your stay, as it takes about 2 days for the pool to heat up. If you request this service well in advance, please set a reminder to reconfirm the request 2 days before your stay. HOW WARM DOES THE POOL GET WHEN HEATED DURING COLDER WEEKS? When nighttime air temperatures drop below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, pool heaters may struggle to warm the pool to the 80-degree range. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach 80 degrees or higher when the air temperature is that low. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. This home is designed to be a relaxing retreat for your entire group, combining comfort, modern amenities, and great outdoor spaces. Whether you’re here to relax by the pool or explore the area, you’ll feel right at home. Please note: For security purposes, please be advised that there is an exterior camera overlooking the pool area, as well as a doorbell camera. These devices are positioned to monitor only the exterior for safety and security. The pool camera is also in place for liability purposes in case of any accidents. Guest access The guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay, here are some important details: • Check-in: Self-check-in. A code will be provided closer to your check-in date. • Early check-in / Late check-out: For added convenience, it may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. • Pool Service: Our pool is serviced weekly, typically on Fridays. • Landscaping: Enjoy our beautiful outdoor space! Our landscaper visits every two weeks. • Trash and Recycling: For your convenience, trash is collected on Wednesdays and recycling on Mondays. Please place the bins at the curb the day/night before. Schedules may vary, and we’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes. • Pets: Max of 2. It will be much appreciated if their poops are picked up in the yard so it stays clean for everyone.
