Suite 1 in Shared House in Arraial d'Ajuda

I rent two bedrooms (suites) of my house, located in the São Francisco neighborhood (see map). Caminhando, it is 10 minutes to the center and 20 minutes to the fishermen's beach. We share the common areas of the house, such as the living room, kitchen, outdoor area. For those looking for a cheap, safe, quiet place! Shared with guests in the other room, with me and my cat (Toph), very docile. A beautiful and very comfortable house, great recommendations The space The house has two floors, and on the first floor are available for the guests: a television room, dining room and kitchen, in addition to the outdoor area with laundry and backyard, shaded and very fresh areas. I rent the two suites of the house that are on the second floor. This advertised suite (1) is well airy, with a bathroom, fan, cabinet with hangers, accommodates up to 3 people on a king size bed and a single mattress on the floor. The other suite (2) can also be rented. It is possible to rent the two suites by another listing. The third bedroom and third bathroom are on the first floor and are for exclusive use, with no access to guests. The rest of the house is shared (living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard). I sleep in the downstairs bedroom and sometimes I don't sleep in the house. Even with sharing, guests can be very comfortable!!! The house has TV with several channels and movies available and internet (Wi-Fi). The kitchen has appliances and utensils that can be used at will. Guest access The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests have private access to one of the suites (bedroom + bathroom) on the second floor. The suite has a key.
