So we provide you with some important information: 🍼 BabyNest Kit – Baby Care Pack For parents traveling with an infant, we've created the “BabyNest Kit,” a comprehensive care package that makes the stay as easy and serene as it can be. You don't need to carry anything with you, everything awaits you ready, clean, and lovingly cared for. “BabyNest Kit” includes: * Cradle suitable for infants up to 6 months * Hypoallergenic - orthopedic mattress with sheet and pillow * A park bed for children up to 2 years old with a comfortable mattress and linens for the comfort of your little one. (up to 14 kilos about 2.5 years old) * Mosquito pressure * Blanket and protective cover * Changing table for daily use * Baby Bath * Baby dining seat * Children's cutlery & saucer set You can let us know what items you will need during your stay as needed. "BabyNest Kit" fee is €30 per stay. Other things to note According to POL1187/2017, we need for the total of guests: i) AFM and ID for Greek nationals ii) Identity for nationals of European Union countries outside of Greece or iii) Passport for third-country nationals outside the European Union. Age Limit: As per Airbnb rules, bookings from people under 18 are not allowed. Minor guests can only be accommodated as long as they are accompanied by the adult who has booked the reservation. Suitability for children – The accommodation is suitable for infants and children – Suitable for children, with constant supervision by a guardian. Exact age statement: - For security and Airbnb policy reasons, the exact age of all children is required. - The term “infant” refers exclusively to ages under 1 year. - Misrepresentation of age by guests may result in cancellation of the booking or additional charges for damages. Liability & damages: - Any damage caused by underage guests is covered exclusively by the guardian. Climate Resilience Fee: According to Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee is charged for Short Term Rentals. The fee is €2 per night during the winter season (November - March) and €8 per night during the summer season( April - October). Important information: these charges have been included within the night price, no extra payment is required from you. The entrance to both the main entrance of the apartment building and the place of stay is via app or keypad. Access is exclusively via smartphone and keypad, without the use of a key. IMPORTANT reminder: in case you do not receive a message via airbnb with the electronic keys, 48 hours before your reservation to enter the space, you let us know to be sent to you again. The ‘Baby Nest Kit’ equipment is available upon request and subject to availability for all our wonderful guests. Valid information before booking is required for availability of baby items to be reserved for you and to be properly and safely assembled for your reservation. Important Information: during the reservation you will not be able to grant you the above items as there may not be the appropriate availability and it will not be possible for someone to assemble them while your reservation is in progress. It's a good idea for children to never be alone WITHOUT the supervision and protection of an adult in the space. Policy on the Use of Spaces and Equipment ​At Comfort, every piece of furniture and item has been carefully positioned to ensure your comfort, as well as maximum safety during your stay. ​Maintaining the Layout: We kindly ask that you do not move the furniture (beds, sofas, desk) from their designated positions. Moving heavy items can cause damage to floors or to the furniture itself, and may also compromise the safety of the space. ​‘Baby Nest Kit’ equipment: The baby equipment (playpen-cot, changing mat, high chair) is set up and secured in designated areas by our team only.
