Very comfortable and spacious

Warm welcome to my home! I am Dawa your host and I live here as well. I’m a travel enthusiast myself and use Airbnb each time I travel, so I know what makes a stay comfortable. I keep my house clean and respectful. Luckily, my house is very spacious, which is not easy to find in NYC. It is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Queens is most diverse borough in the city with exceptional food scene. The space Spacious room on the second floor in 3 bedroom brick house in very quite and safe residential neighborhood. The room has a comfortable queen size bed with big window. One share full bathroom on same floor with two sinks and one half bathroom on ground floor. Spacious ground floor living room with a projector, an oval- shaped sofa, and access to a nice deck with an outdoor lounge. Well-equipped kitchen with a big window. Laundry washer in living room no dryer but clothing line at the back yard. Guest access The house is a 15-minute walk from the train station (I recommend taking an Uber or taxi if you have luggage). For daily commutes, the train ride to the city is quick and convenient, taking only 20 minutes. Grt inti city . Citi Bikes are available around corner at the train station.
