Guest access ✦ The apartment is located on the first floor, requiring only a few steps up the stairs. Other things to note ✦ The minimum rental period is 1 month, and on-site visits can be arranged based on availability. A rental contract will be signed, and for this contract, personal details will be required, including the identification number (DNI or passport), full name, and address of the reservation holder. ✦ Please respect the rest of the neighbors. The apartment has a noise monitor that notifies us when the allowed noise level is exceeded, we get a notification and when breaking the house rules we can cancel the reservation immediately without refund. (it is not a recorder or camera; it only measures the sound decibels).
