Registrier Nr. 01/Z/RA/014453-22 The space This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment or a party space! I rent it when I am out of town. I have been living here for years and you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment, so treat it as if it was yours! <3 LOOK AT THE PICTURES: there is only one bedroom! The bed is big enough to sleep 4 people, or two can sleep on the futon mattress in the living room. Boudoir: huge bed and kinky equipment you see on pictures: a suspension frame, a cross, a swing, a huge four poster bed with multiple rope attachment points, a gyno chair for all the medical play fans, and an assortment of smaller toys. Please note that for hygienic reasons I cannot offer you floggers or ropes - if you would like to tie, please bring your own. Living room: comfortable floor sitting spaces and a work desk. Note that there are no sofas, armchairs or other traditional sitting spaces in the flat. Take this into account if you are not comfortable with the sitting spaces you see depicted on photos! Kitchen: all you need to prepare simple and complex meals. Bathroom: large corner bath with a shower above it. PLEASE NOTE that this flat is not good for people with mobility issues - it is on the fourth floor with no lift and getting a shower requires you step into the bathtub. Guest access Instructions follow shortly before arrival. Other things to note The flat is has only one bedroom and living room. The massive bed allows four people to easily sleep together if they are comfortable with that. If not, two people will need to sleep on the futon mattress in the living room.
