Note: outdoor pool is not heated, therefore Spring temperatures range around 55-60 degrees. Property within 3 miles of Old Town Scottsdale, major commuting highways, Fashion Square mall and Giants baseball stadium. The space What makes this property unique is the host and the decor; both humbly inspirational, each put you at ease. International travelers will also feel completely welcomed; the host is fluent in French and German, with a working knowledge of Spanish and appreciates the diversity of culture. Garden area includes newly planted vines, mango and avocado trees, as well as mandarin and Meyer lemon trees. At any given time of the year, host grows an assortment of vegetables. Guest access - Kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio/area, and laundry area is shared space with homeowner. - Pool Patio is open year round. Pool is NOT heated during winter months. - Driveway parking available. During your stay Guests are entirely free to interact or not interact with home-owner. Other things to note - Small (lap) dog on the premises (9 lb. female Shih Tzu, named Misha). Misha is very quiet, likes walks along the patio out to the garden, and never interferes with guests. - Room available for long-term stay such as graduate students, pilots, traveling nurses, relocating professionals, or traveling professionals with a need for temporary housing that feels less like a hotel.
