The space The studio has a 160 cm bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. We often receive couples, or families whose children sleep on the unfolded sofa bed (140 cm mattress). The electric underfloor heating system is very fast and comfortable in winter. The land is sloping so you have to climb to go to the studio, and there are also a few steps. There is a coffee machine with grinder, we provide the coffee. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and it is often difficult for us to move it forward due to the organization of the cleaning. The local tourist tax automatically charged by Airbnb does not apply to children. An adult and child will therefore pay half the tax for a single adult. One adult and three children will pay a quarter of the tax for four adults. For us, only the number of guests matters.
