Our 2 bedrooms apartment in the historic center is located in front of Echegaray Theatre and will make you live a true Malaga experience to the fullest. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, bars, beaches, and tourist attractions. The space As you enter the apartment of 95 m2, there is a spacious bright living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table with 4 chairs. There are 2 bedrooms: * The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a closet, a double bed, two bedside tables and windows facing the inner patio. * The second bedroom also has a double bed, a closet, a bedside table and a window facing the inner patio. The second bathroom is just in front. Also there is an AC and heating in the apartment and fast WIFi. The flat is located on the third floor in the building with the lift. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. Make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
