Super spacious and comfortable private room in an extremely convenient location. Very close to BART, the highway, and a grocery store down the street. We have an amazing backyard full of vibrant flowers and succulents where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy on our porch swing! The space This private room includes a full sized bed with only the comfiest and freshest linen. There is also a dual sink bathroom It may be shared with another guest We also provide a working desk. Entertainment: The room is equipped with a 43” smart 4K TV. Come home to enjoy a glass of wine and movie! Guest access Common Spaces: Feel free to lounge around in our living room that includes a huge tv that includes an HDMI cable, perfect for streaming movies. The kitchen can be used at your convenience as there is a lot of room to cook. We also encourage guest to take a walk around our backyard! It has a very intricate gardening design along with many pretty flowers that flow through the yard. During your stay Most of the time we will busy at work but please feel free to reach out to us any time Other things to note Cleaning: Our cleaning staff will begin their services to units between the hours of 11am and 4pm on check-in and check-out days UNLESS you are paying for an early check-in or late check-out. We rarely need additional time beyond 4pm, but will notify you of any extreme circumstances. Courtesy Late Check-Out: For our superb guests, we would like to extend a courtesy late check-out of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners may still begin cleaning the unit at 11am, but you may take the additional time to get ready. Extended Late Check-Out: Extended late check-out time is available until 2pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before 10am on check-out day. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for a late check-out. Bag Drop Off: You may drop off bags as early as 11am on check-in day. Courtesy Early Check-In: For our guests, we would like to extend a courtesy early check-in of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance or immediately after booking. Our cleaners may still service the unit until 4pm. Early Bird Check-In: Early bird check-in is available starting at 1pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before noon on check-in day or immediately after booking. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for an early check-in.
