Outdoor patios and laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring cottage. The space Citrus Cottage 1 is a modern, single-level cottage designed as a comfortable and quiet home base in Downtown Dunedin. The layout is simple and functional, making it easy to relax after exploring the nearby restaurants, breweries, marina, and Main Street. Bedroom The bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh linens, split A/C for personalized comfort, and convenient access to the bathroom. Bathroom The recently renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, plush towels, and bright lighting. Kitchen & Dining The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A peninsula-style high-top table provides seating for two, with additional outdoor dining available on the patios. Living Area The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming. The sofa converts to a pull-out sleeper, providing additional sleeping flexibility (best suited for short stays). A lift-top coffee table can be used as a workspace, Outdoor Space Front and back patios offer outdoor seating, a dining table, and loungers for enjoying Florida weather. Outdoor patios and laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring cottage. Guest access Check-in is at 3:00 PM via self check-in with keyless entry. A personalized access code and arrival instructions will be sent prior to arrival. 99% of the time, the cottage is ready by 2:00 PM, and if it is available earlier, we’re happy to offer early access; however, early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We handle all cleaning—guests are not expected to complete any cleaning tasks. Other things to note Citrus Cottage 1 is one of two neighboring, cottage-style homes located side by side in Downtown Dunedin. Each cottage can be booked individually or together, making it easy for families or friends to stay close while enjoying the privacy of separate living spaces.
