The large patio door in the dining area opens onto the balcony, brightening a kitchen designed for foodies: with its central island, it is as social as it is fully equipped. On the main floor, unwind in the full bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, or relax in the living room with your favorite shows (Apple TV and Chromecast included). The upper floor is dedicated to rest with two spacious bedrooms, one featuring a portable A/C unit. Each offers a Queen bed, a single bed, and a ceiling fan for optimal comfort. A convenient powder room completes this level. The basement features a laundry area and ample storage for your outdoor gear. For travelers, an EV charging station is also available (shared, located on the green side). After an active day, a comfortable stay awaits you! Other things to note Please note that the portable air conditioner is located in the back bedroom. We have installed a charging station for electric vehicles. Please do not smoke inside the house and do not leave any cigarette butts on the grounds. We do not accept any guest pets on the property.
