Bright blue house in Cascapédia-St-Jules

Our house is located in the heart of the village of Cascapédia-Saint-Jules, on a wooded lot of 90,000 sq. ft. Open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room. Air conditioning is upstairs in the bedrooms. Close to the Cascapédia (3 km) and Bonaventure (50 km) rivers and easy to get to the activities, attractions, restaurants, beaches and services of New Richmond (15 km), Maria (15 km) and Carleton-sur-Mer (25 km). In winter, easy access to the Trans-Québec 5 snowmobile trail. The space Country style on the outside, you will stay in a contemporary and very bright decor. Overlooking the back terrace, a large patio door brings light into the dining room and kitchen. Amateur chefs in our spare time, we wanted a kitchen with a central island but also practical and well-equipped for our guests. On the ground floor is the full bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. In the living room there is a TV with 2 streaming systems available: Apple TV and Google Chrome. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms (15 X 11) and a bathroom with toilet and sink. In each bedroom there is a queen size bed (52 X 203 cm) and a single bed. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Air conditioning is upstairs in the bedrooms. In the basement there is the laundry room (washer-dryer) and space to drop off your outdoor equipment. If you have an electric vehicle, we have installed a charging station to share between guests of the 2 houses. It's located on the green side. Other things to note We have installed an electric car charging station. Please do not smoke inside the house and do not throw your butts on the ground.
