Self check-in/out with a smart key. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors as it is a◆ wooden building. Please take off your shoes inside the◆ house and wear them outside the house. ◆Please be quiet after 8 pm in this quiet residential neighborhood. All rooms have shutters, so closing them will limit the sound. ◆Please refrain from cooking food that generates smoke (such as hot plates) in the room, as it will activate the fire alarm. Please refrain from booking for the purpose of a◆ party or event. If you are booking for purposes other than accommodation, please confirm in advance. Feel free to use◆ children's toys, etc. at your own risk. Even for◆ long-term reservations (1 month or more), we do not require a deposit, but we do need those making long-term reservations to sign a "Fixed-Term Building Lease Agreement" and "Facility Confirmation Form" (repair liability). Please note this before making a reservation. Please note◆ that if you book for more guests than the number of guests who will actually stay, you will be charged a penalty of 10,000 yen per person for the excess or false number of guests. ◆In addition, we will charge 50,000 yen for lost keys, and the cost of new replacement or repair of damaged items in the room as compensation.
