Take it easy and rest between hikes at our 9,000’ elevation 1/1 garage apartment in Cuchara. Perhaps your group is staying in our 3/2 on the same property, & you prefer a private getaway that’s not too far away. Check out our cozy little guest apartment with basic amenities such as a hot shower, filtered drinking water, a small kitchenette, dishes, TV, computer monitor, & wifi. Nothing too fancy, but in a safe, beautiful location just off Hwy 12 in Cuchara. A step up from “glamping.” The space 1/1 with kitchenette & dining space. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed (full sized), and self-inflatable twin bed. Walk in shower stall. Small deck with view of Dike Wall. This unit is a detached garage apartment on the same property as our 3/2 main house in Cuchara, CO. Shared driveway & parking area that should easily accommodate parking for 4 small to medium sized cars. Ideal for 1-2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 family members. Guest access No access to the garage. Parking in the driveway just in front or to the right of the small deck with the double glass doors. You will share the driveway with the guests in the main house, so please be mindful not to block anyone in. Please do not trespass on neighbors’ property by walking beyond the fenced area behind the apartment. No fenced deck access or access to the property beyond the large garage door. Walking alongside the terraced garden area outside of the apartment bedroom window and along the driveway between the apartment and the road IS permitted. Other things to note Driveway is shared with detached main house. You might periodically see residents of the main house. No fenced yard.
