Lake, beaches, sports & nature 1

Keep it simple at enjoy this peaceful spot. The lake, called Belgrade see, with his beaches, attractions (water ski, bunge jumping, adventure park etc), sports facilities (beach volley, padel, tenis, golf etc), forests, walking and biking paths at only 2km or two bus stations; a lot of shops (also 0-24) at walking distance and the city center easily reachable in about 20 min. by direct bus make this apartment a strategic place between chilling, enjoying nature and exploring the city. Welcome! 🤗 The space You will enjoy lovely surroundings with a lot of green areas. Beside the building you have a small grocery shop, a barbecue shop (prepares traditional Serbian meat specialities also for take away), laundry, three small playing places for kids. A little further away, but still less then 10 minutes walking, you will have bus stops to the city center, new Belgrade and other parts of the city, a 6-24 supermarket, post office, farmacies banks and many more. A beautiful orthodox church is also here and the lake is at only 2km from the apartment: 20min walking or 2 bus stops. Guest access Your room has a locker. There is a complete bathroom and a smaller one without shower. You can use both, They are shared with the host (me) and eventually one or two guests from the other room. Entrance hall, kitchen dining area and balcony are also shared and you can also use them. During your stay I'm always at disposal for questions or solving issues. You can reach me in person when I'm home or send me messages through Airbnb or Viber, WatsApp. During night, somewhere between 22:00 and 8:00 it's possible that you don't get a fast reply because it's my sleeping time :) Thanks for understanding. Other things to note 2 bikes and a pair of rollers (sizes 38-41) are available for lending for 5€ (each) a day. If you come by bike and would like to bring it in the apartment you can do it, but you wil have to pay an extra once per stay of 3€ (5€ for two bikes). If it's bad weather or you simply don't want to go out you have at your disposal for free playing cards, pikado, battleship, chess, hard solving puzzles game to have fun with. If you don't have with whom to play and I have time don't hesitate to challenge me :)
