Entire apartment, center 5 min lake

Escape to the heart of Annecy! Welcome to my charming apartment located in the vibrant center of Annecy. I usually live there all year round, but I leave it to you completely, while I go on vacation (the apartment will only be occupied by you during your visit). Enjoy a perfect location 2 min walk to train station 🚞 and 5 min to lake 🏖 I'll make sure to leave it clean and welcoming for a pleasant stay. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, you enter through the terrace and access the living room with kitchen. A small hallway will allow you to access the toilet and bathroom (separate) and then the bedroom at the end of the hallway. Another room door is barred and not accessible during your stay (it's my room 😁) Guest access You can use the entire accommodation and the equipment there, counting on you to be careful, thank you in advance 🙏 Inaccessible rooms or cupboards are locked with a padlock, impossible to go wrong 😉 There is also a bike room accessible if needed (notes will be left in the apartment for access to the bike room, garbage room, local recommendations, etc.) During your stay You can contact me at any time using the information provided in the arrival guide.
