Welcome to the Loft des Milans! Nestled in a beautiful property with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, this cozy cocoon in the heart of the countryside will seduce you with its calm and tranquility. Completely renovated, it offers all the comforts you can look for with a rustic setting. Come with family or friends, accompanied by your pet if you wish, and enjoy the many activities in the area. Free closed parking, train 2 min by car. The space This is a Loft, an open space without partitions to let in as much light as possible. The high ceiling reveals the beams of the frame, the house is entirely made of wood to the latest standards of ecological insulation. In the main room you will find a seating area with a sofa bed (2 seats), TV and a faux fireplace. Then a dining area with a high table and 4 bar chairs attached to a kitchen area with glass stovetop, fridge, microwave, washing machine and everything you need to cook (cutlery, plates, pots, glasses etc.). In another corner of the room is the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a luggage rack with storage baskets and a dresser. Finally, you will find the bathroom with its shower tray and toilet in a cozy wooded atmosphere. The Loft, bathed in light, will enchant you with its beautiful unobstructed view of the surroundings and its direct proximity to nature. Guest access Access is completely autonomous, the property is closed by a large gate and protected by external surveillance cameras. You will have the opportunity to let your companion stretch their legs in a part of the garden left free. Also, you can arrive late (from 2:00 p.m.) without any problem and leave early (until 11:00 a.m.). Details regarding check-in will be provided a few days before your arrival.
