For winter sports enthusiasts, a convenient ski room is available to safely store and organize your equipment. Guest access Access by car: Access to the town of Orelle is extremely convenient, especially if you are traveling by car. You will enjoy a comfortable journey, as almost the entire route is on the highway, followed by a national road. There are only five mountain passes to negotiate before reaching the residence. Here are some approximate travel times from some major cities in France: Paris: By car, it takes about 6 hours to reach Orelle. Lyon: The drive from Lyon takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Marseille: If you are leaving Marseille, allow about 4 hours and 30 minutes by car. Access by Train and TGV: Orelle is also accessible by train, with Modane station nearby, served by TGVs from various French cities. Here are some approximate travel times by train: Paris: TGVs from Paris Gare de Lyon take you to Modane station in about 4 hours. Lyon: If you leave from Lyon, the TGV ride takes about 2 hours. Marseille: TGVs from Marseille will take you to Modane in about 3 hours. Whether by car, train or TGV, access to Orelle is easy, which facilitates your trip to this beautiful mountain destination.
