Family-friendly house in Trondheim

Large, family-friendly house with everything you need and central location on the outskirts of Trondheim. Here we have many sleeping places and a large dining table with room for everyone. The garden is sheltered, with a large terrace where you have sun all day and good opportunities to sit outside and have your morning coffee or grill and eat dinner outside. Here there are playhouses, swings, hammocks, trampoline, sandpit, football goal, basketball hoop and balls, so there is a lot for the children to do. The space Room 1 on the 1st floor: single or double bed. Room 2, 1st floor: double bed Room 3, 1st floor: junior bed, possibly mattress on the floor for adult/large child. Room 4, basement: single or double bed Room 5, basement: double bed Possibility of a baby bed (travel bed) in one of the rooms. Other things to note The house has a quiet location in a street with little traffic and a short distance (less than 1 km) to several playgrounds, grocery stores, cafes, indoor pools, restaurants and some other small shops. The nearest shopping center and retail park is about 1.5 km away, and here you will find several shopping centers and most stores you need. It is easy to get to Trondheim city center by bus. The bus runs every 10 minutes and the nearest bus stop is about 150 meters away from the house, from where the bus goes directly to the city center. It takes about 15 min. by car and 20 min. by bus to the city center. There is also a short distance to the countryside, if you want to take a jog or walk and about 2 km away you will find Tillermarka with a frisbee golf course and park/playground. A selection of bathing waters is 10-15 min drive away and it is about 15-20 min drive to the lake. No parties or events, smoking inside, or using outdoor shoes inside. Tidy and clean after your stay, leave the apartment as you find it. If cleaning is not performed, a cleaning fee will be charged. The property does not have an electric car charger, but fast chargers are available at Rema Heimdal about 1/2 km from the house.
