Beautiful Bolthole for Two

The Old Stables is a spacious, tastefully furnished private retreat, perfect for two. We’re located in the pretty village of Bredon just 3 miles from the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury, close to Cheltenham and a short drive to the north Cotswolds. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! Ten minutes walk to a good pub too and a short drive to others. The space Once the stables for our Victorian country house, the Old Stables now provides comfortable quiet accommodation for a night stay or a longer break. Enter straight into a lovely kitchen with quality appliances and windows out to the garden, and a dining area for two. The bathroom with power shower is downstairs. The stylishly furnished living room has bi fold doors onto the garden; outdoor furniture is provided. The garden gets the morning sun so it’s a great spot for breakfast! The handmade oak staircase leads up the bedroom which has a super comfortable Ercol wooden bed with quality white bed linen. Guest access Self contained property, with its own parking and private garden Other things to note The Old Stables is perfect for a couple or a couple with a ‘babe in arms’. There's plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel cot if you can bring one as I do not provide this. Due to the open plan space, hard flooring and stairs with no stair-gate, it is not suitable for toddlers. As the property is in the grounds of our house, please no commercial filming or photography.
