The space Rambutan house is spread over 3 floors. The top floor has two bedrooms (one queen, one king) with a full kitchen, small living area, mountain and sea view balconies. The second floor as one bedroom (queen bed) with kitchenette accessible via a large covered balcony / living area. The interior of the second floor is a large great room with living area and a bar seating area. The first floor has one bedroom (queen bed) and is on the same floor as the pool / bar. Each room has it's own bathroom, you would have full access to the first floor living areas as well. With the exception of the private bedrooms, the facilities are shared, the owner is retired and lives on the property at all times. During your stay The owner lives on the property, is retired and usually at home. Other things to note The price listed is for one room.
