It is a truly unique experience from your regular accommodation. Enjoy a dip in the pool or enjoy a glass of champagne while soaking in the stunning sunsets. Or explore all that the beautiful island of Nevis has to offer. *PLEASE NOTE: THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR ONE BEDROOM. Multiple rooms available at additional cost! The space Rambutan house is spread over 3 floors. The top floor has two bedrooms (one queen, one king) with a full kitchen, small living area, mountain and sea view balconies. The second floor as one bedroom (queen bed) with kitchenette accessible via a large covered balcony / living area. The interior of the second floor is a large great room with living area and a bar seating area. The first floor has one bedroom (queen bed) and is on the same floor as the pool / bar. Each room has it's own bathroom, you would have full access to the first floor living areas as well. With the exception of the private bedrooms, the facilities are shared, the owner is retired and lives on the property at all times. Guest access Guests of the house have access to: A large shared swimming pool A wraparound balcony with multiple seating areas A pool table and common spaces in the main house During your stay The owners live on the property and are usually available if you need assistance. The main host is retired, so you’ll often find him around the house or grounds, happy to answer questions, offer local tips, or share stories about the estate’s history. If you prefer more privacy, that’s respected too—you’ll have your own private entrance and space. Should you need anything urgently, the owners are easily reachable by phone and quick to respond.
