While not brand new, the house is very clean, functional, and cozy—a place to feel at home. The highlight after a day in the mountains: your own private sauna! Nearby attractions include 'Der Wilde Berg' animal park, Lachtal, Gesäuse, the Fohnsdorf thermal spa, and bathing lakes. The space The ground floor features: One bedroom A second room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed Bathroom with a shower and toilet Kitchen, dining, and living room (with another sofa bed) An additional, separate toilet Highlight: A private sauna with a shower in the basement! Enjoy the spacious garden and two private parking spaces. The heart of our living room is the traditional tiled stove (Kachelofen). Make yourself comfortable on the heated bench that surrounds it – arguably the coziest spot in the whole house! Unlike an open fireplace, a Kachelofen provides a special, long-lasting radiant heat that keeps the room wonderfully warm and homely for hours. We provide the firewood for you free of charge, of course. Guest access ou will have the entire house, including the private sauna and large garden, all to yourselves. Make yourselves at home! The two parking spaces right by the house are also exclusively for your use. Info Guide: Shortly before your arrival, we will send you a digital document with all the important information about the house and your stay. Guest Registration: We are legally required by the municipality of Hohentauern to register all guests. A few days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a secure online form for this registration. Thank you for your cooperation! The registration is free of charge. Other things to note Our kitchen does not have a conventional oven. Instead, we provide a modern and powerful air fryer that is perfect for pizza, fries, or for baking pastries. A convenient washer-dryer combo is available for you to use in the house. This is an all-in-one machine that both washes and dries your laundry.
