A kick-back family friendly pad awaits!

Bring the whole gang to this great family home, lots of room for fun. You will each have a large comfortable bed to sleep in, there’s a social kitchen/dining area with a pool/tennis table. A lovely enclosed garden for kids (and grownups!) to play. Enjoy the patio area to relax and dine. At the end of our road there’s an enclosed park. We are a convenient distance to Goodwood and we are within walking distance to Chichester's city centre. The very popular Wittering’s beach is a stones throw away! The space We have three double bedrooms, which can sleep up to 6 guests in total. There is a sociable kitchen/dining and patio area to hang out in. We have our lounge/snug area which is lovely to unwind in at the end of the day. We have sufficient off-street parking on our drive for up to 5 vehicles. We live in a lovely, friendly and quiet neighbourhood with a park at the end of the road. We are only a short stroll away from the canal that leads you to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal location for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are easily accessible, perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling to country pubs/ harbours. We have toys available to entertain any small children you may bring with you. The space: A self-renovated property with a very practical garden close to Chichester canal (various activities on offer), train station (Goodwood shuttle bus) and city centre and Chichester Gate (cinema, bowling, gym etc). The garden is east facing with a large table to eat outside (sits at least 8). The whole house is available with 3 spacious Bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite. The second bedroom has a king size bed and lastly the third bedroom comes with a decent sized double bed. There is a sofa bed downstairs in the kitchen available to use, although we do not have blinds on our doors so privacy is slightly limited. You could bring a blow up bed to use for in the front room but extra guests are chargeable, please contact me for this. The garden has a large long table on the patio. We have two sun-loungers to enjoy. The grass is realistic, high-end artificial so great for any weather and children. Guest access The whole house and space, all bedrooms and private garden is available. You will be the only guests. (We use the garage for storage so this will be locked). Guest access Access to all areas except the garage which will be locked during your stay. Other things to note We do have a friendly cat called Luna who will remain in the property during your stay. We would love if you could keep an eye out for her and feed her for us, if not we can ask for our friendly neighbour to do this.
