This bright, airy, open and spacious studio sits high in the pine trees, and is steps away from community amenities including seasonal pool, tennis/pickle-ball and basketball courts, children's play area, and paved trails for walking or biking. We are located in the desirable Sisters neighborhood of Tollgate--only short drive or bike ride to downtown and easy access to hiking/biking trails, skiing at Hoodoo in the winter, and lake and rivers in the summer. Beautiful stargazing views at night! The space Our cute and eclectic 450 square foot studio space is perfect for a couple or small family with everything you need to unwind, hang out, and relax after a day of Central Oregon adventuring! Open living/dining/bedroom/work area with large windows provides lovely forest views and beautiful natural light. Sofa in the living room can pull out into a full-size bed for additional sleeping (foam topper and bedding provided). King Bed 55” smart tv that can be adjusted towards bed or sofa for streaming your favorite shows A selection of games and activities for your entertainment including board/card games, tennis rackets/balls, children's books, toys. Desk area for remote working Small kitchen area with full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and induction hot plate. No oven. Tub/shower combo Guest access Full use of the entire studio apartment, private entrance, lockbox with key for entry. Check yourself in with the lock box code we will provide you prior to your stay. We will send this to you approx. 3 days before your arrival. Guests have access to all amenities in Tollgate community including seasonal pool (lap and children's pool), tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, volleyball net, children’s play area, paved biking/walking trails. Other things to note Our studio space is above our garage and attached to our home but guests have their own separate entrance and private space. We do share an adjoining wall and while we have done our best to sound proof the unit, please be mindful of excessive noise and we will do the same. There is one flight of exterior stairs to reach the unit. One well-behaved pet is allowed for an additional pet fee. Please keep in mind when booking in winter months that we often have snowy driving conditions and we do need to stick with our cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding!
