River View Bedroom- Villa Kanari Batukaras

This spacious bedroom is part of the downstairs area of Villa Kanari. It has separate entrance from upstairs apartment. There is private sitting sofa, a nearby coffee sets and cozy space fits for yoga, meditation or simply a retreat in private. A perfect settings to enjoy the outstanding view of the garden, outlined by the wild Dahon plants along the bend of the famous Cijulang river. The space it is located 300m inside Blok Kanari, the only access to the property is by motorbike or by walk. If you arrive by car, you may look for House of Sawah parking lot and park by the street. If you feel unsafe, we can arrange to park inside the nearest house (with fee). From the parking lot, you will have to walk following the gravel road, pass the restaurant, till end of the path then turn left. Keep follow the path till u find a turn to right side with a sign number 1. THERE you start entering the premise. Keep following the path till you find our house. The self cek in will let you find the key inside the black box by your room door. The passkey is 1234. Guest access Your booked room, downstairs area and the garden. During your stay Feel free to ask about motorbike rent or borrow one for unloading bags on arrival time. Feel free to pick up some passion fruits or coconuts on the tree. if u re lucky, u can meet our gardener and he will deligtfully help to climb and get you one. Feel free to contact for any help we could probably provide. HOUSE RULES: 1. Do not bring additional guests staying without confirmation. Extra guests staying will be charged accordingly. 2. Smoking is NOT permitted in ALL rooms, bedrooms or bathrooms. Please smoke in terrace, balcony or in the garden. Please do not throw cigarette butts to the garden. 3. Music is allowed as long as it not very loud or disturbing others. 4. NO music during the call to prayer, before 9 am and after 9 pm. 5. Please bring back into the house all equipment used outside. 6. Don't bring towels and blankets to the beach. 7. Do not leave drink bottles, plastic or other items in the garden area. 9. Separate organic waste and food waste in the buckets provided. We do recycle them into compost!. Wash non-organic waste before throwing it away to avoid bad smell, infestation by ants and other animals. 11. Do not change the furniture settings or cables that have been installed. Charger cables are available at designated location. We apply a deposit of Rp. 300,000,- (groups under 8 people) Rp. 500,000,- (groups of more than 8 people) which will be returned (refundable), when the house is left intact, without damage and properly tidy (no plastic, food, beach sand or other rubbish scattered around). These regulations were made for our mutual comfort. Appreciating a place is a reflection of all of our personalities and will give us unexpected gifts from the universe. Unique, the owner Other things to note You might be greet by our beloved brave and handsome cat named Mister Pantau on your arrival. He is very friendly sometimes too friendly that he could seduced you to allow him go inside your room. Unfortunately, that s not allowed and he knows that! So please, dont fall into his seductive trap and keep him outside. As for other pet, unfortunately he is not that friendly towards them. Yes, only to human who feeds and cuddle he will be nice and behave. He is an introvert for his own peace of mind, esp. when his stomach is full. No, he doesnt share his food and could throw a whack and tantrum when jelous. This usually create chaos. So I apologize beforehand, NO OTHER PET ALLOWED.
