The space This studio is FULLY EQUIPPED: it is ideal for 2 people. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (new and comfortable mattress) and has storage space. The open and equipped kitchen includes all the utensils essential for preparing your meals: stove, fridge, combined microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Selective sorting at your disposal! The dining area has 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 TV, some board games and 1 game console. The lounge area features a 2-seater sofa and a dressing room. In the bathroom you will find a sink, mirror, bathtub and toilet. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fan are available. The apartment is rigorously cleaned between each stay. It is located on the 3rd floor in a small secure residence. There's no elevator. All you have to do is enjoy!
