Private 420 Friendly Getaway (Bud & Breakfast)

Spacious, cozy 3-story townhome in Stafford, VA. 40 miles to DC and 15 to both Fredericksburg & Woodbridge. We provide a private queen bedroom, PRIVATE full bathroom and next door study, as needed, in a shared home. We're herbally friendly and fully support cannabis consumption as I grow my own for my anxiety. However, we do ask that you refrain from additional drugs or cigarettes inside of the property. Cats are more than welcome but, unfortunately, most dogs terrify my girls. The space 3 level townhome across from Stafford Marketplace, Target, Supermarkets, and restaurants. Nightlife may be a bit lacking for some tastes, but all amenities are less than a mile away and readily available. The couch is available for additional guests as needed but it does NOT pull out. Additional welcome packages are available upon request. 100% organic flower, edibles, and concentrates. Guest access Our home is yours while you are here, we just ask that you are respectful of that fact that you are in someone's personal home. During your stay We are good to socialize and serve or disappear completely based on your preference. Other things to note We have been married for 18 years, have 4 cats, and are extremely down to earth, easy-going, and accommodating individuals. We encourage the use of cannabis as we make our own edibles and cultivate our own high-quality flower.
