A double bedroom with private bathroom in a beautifully restored farmhouse in the Marche Region with its own private olive grove. The property is located close to the medieval hilltop town of Osimo with the Riviera del Conero and its stunning beaches only a few kilometres away. The space The house is in a secluded spot and is very private, calm and quiet. Access is along a country lane that leads to 3 farmhouses and there are no other buildings in the vicinity. It is an ideal getaway for those looking for relaxation while at the same time is only a stone's throw from the local (small) hilltop Roman-medieval town. It is the perfect location for those wanting a relaxing holiday amidst the beauty of the Marche countryside with easy access to a multitude of hilltop towns and villages. Guest access The bedroom has autonomous air conditioning. In the Portico area, there is a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' and a sofa and armchairs for relaxing. Guests with children are can also use the table tennis table, trampoline and basketball hoop. There are also two garden swings. The olive grove leads on from the garden and contains 80 olive trees. The property is surrounded by fields of rotating crops: wheat, sunflowers, beets. There are stunning views of the countryside and the local hilltop down of Osimo. In Spring 2024 we are adding an external Jacuzzi spa. During your stay Your hosts, Sarah and Lucio, are available 24/7 via telephone for any info and/or support you may require and they are only a few minutes drive away in case of need, or an emergency. In case of emergency, we are there to help translate, and accompany you wherever you need to go. We are happy to give you any information you need about the area - places to visit, to eat, things to do, places to shop for local produce, cheeses, wines etc. and help you with any language based difficulties you may have. Other things to note As the house is a 5 minute drive to "civilization", a car is an essential. Car Rental companies are based at Falconara airport and Ancona train station. They close at 7pm so if you are arriving late or departing early we can help with accompanying you to/from rental company etc. Let us know if you need help booking.
