The space 2 double rooms in the apartment and semi kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a coffee maker. 2 people and child under 12 only allowed in a room for the price we have quoted. Common areas are shared with the other guests. Each room has a private bathroom with hot water, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Magnificent Colombo Sky line from bed roos and the sitting area. Guest access Common balconies, sitting area and the half kitchen with no open fire cooking. Other things to note While you are renting space at Roof16, you could also rent our Roof top with 30 people seating for private gatherings at a Nominal price. ( Outsiders allowed in the rooftop area only )
