Villa Vrt is a recently constructed vacation residence situated in the center of Istria. Within a 30-minute radius, you can access all attractions in Istria. The closest beach is just a 25-minute drive away, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Fully enclosed within 1200 square meters of private grounds, this pet-friendly villa features swing sets, a playground with a slide, a private pool, a charcoal grill, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. Pet friendly, pets are welcome! The space Villa Vrt is a newly built holiday home. The garden is completely private and surrounded with a 1.8 meter high fence. There is a swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters and 1.5 meters deep) with sunbeds, a large outside dining table and charcoal grill. The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected into one large open area. Everything is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms. The first one has a large double bed, the second one has two single beds, and with the living room sofa there is room for 6 people. The bathroom has a shower closure and a washing machine. The house can be easily reached, and we will send you detailed arriving instructions. Private and safe parking is ensured on the property. Feel free to contact us for all questions and enquiries.
