This bright and peaceful duplex home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a balcony, a comfortable living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms — one double room and one single room with a pull-out bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom also opens onto a small balcony where you can relax, chat, or enjoy a drink. Guests can enter through either the small pedestrian gate or the main gate. The property is quiet, family-friendly, and secure — children can safely play in the open corridor outside the house. There are 4 security cameras monitoring the entire compound 24 hours a day to ensure safety and peace of mind. Guest access Guests staying at Whitefield Residence have full access to the entire home, with convenient parking right in front of the house. They are also welcome to go up to the rooftop of the adjacent apartment to admire the beautiful sunset, relax with family or friends, share a meal, have a drink, or even sing and dance — why not? Enjoy the moment and feel at home. 🌅✨ Other things to note Before checking out, please remember: • Check-out time is 11:00 AM • Gather used towels and place them in the bathroom • Throw away trash and keep the space tidy • Turn off all appliances such as air conditioning, lights, and TV • Leave the keys on the kitchen table, inside the lockbox, or hand them directly to Zhai 🐾 Pets Policy: We welcome small pets (maximum 3) who are friendly, quiet, and well-behaved. – Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas – ₱100 per pet per night fee applies – Owners must ensure cleanliness and that pets do not disturb others 🎤 About Karaoke & Local Culture: In the Philippines, karaoke is a joyful tradition during birthdays, family gatherings, and special occasions. The entrance has only a few steps and is suitable for guests with light mobility needs, but it is not fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is available close to the entrance.
