The house consists of a kitchenette, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed overlooking the veranda, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. From the large covered veranda, ideal for outdoor dining, you can admire the view of Capotesta. Outside, in addition to the barbecue corner and laundry area, we also find a practical heated outdoor shower. A reserved parking space completes the property.
