Cottage in Easebourne
Description
This is a small cottage with character. It is a unique place. Every room is on a different level and the bathroom is downstairs. It is close to the Cowdray polo and farmshop as well as beautiful walks to get fresh milk or visit a national trust garden. It is walking distance to the market town of Midhurst, River Rother and has parking in front of the property. Petworth, Chichester and Petersfield are all in driving distance. The space The parking is in front of the house but up a small curb. Steps to the front door lead onto a living room, then down to a small dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom. The property is listed so the road can be heard inside the property. Most of the year this is my home so some personal belongings will be visible. There is no television but good WiFi. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival but it is a old property so it will never look as pristine as a modern home. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property apart from a small spare bedroom which will be locked. There is also a small garden opposite the front door should you wish to sit outside. Other things to note This property has each room on a different level within the house. It is a property with plenty of charm (built in 1500) but it does take a minute for the hot water to come through. The road can be heard inside the property.
